I don’t think you’ll give much head in town, but be careful if you go back to their house.

I’m not saying it was a perfect week it wasn’t, but I ate healthily all week. Had no chocolate, sweets, pastry and drank 2litres of water everyday. I don’t normally do this but it’s helped me feel loads better this week! It was flavoured water. So all my meals were healthy. I saved ‘treats’ for Saturday night as I went out to party and drunk alcohol. I then had last minute plans Sunday bank holiday and so I went into clubs and bars that night and had alcohol then too. But I went to they gym at college and went not he treadmill at home too. I drank extra water the next day after my night out to wash toxins out of my body.
